‘Ow’d Shoddy’

A 6m diameter mosaic for Eureka Park in Swadlincote. I have been working with Belmont Primary School to create the design and now some of the mosaic for the park. I even went down a mine to really get a feel for it and I can say it was a bit nerve wrecking but I did it! Work has started on the children’s mice which run all around the edge of the design. They have had complete free reign in their designs and they are looking so cute.

I have finished the mosaic and it will be installed in May when the weather is better.
