Nigel’s sculpture ‘Folds’ was a pleasure to make, an honour to create something for someone’s peaceful space.

I based this sculpture on a piece I made decades ago in wood, I always felt I should return to it as there was something good I needed more of. I enjoyed the twists and turns , the folds and the curves, it really was a pleasure to make.

Thanks to my foundry for casting the sculpture in iron, it weighed so much !

Thanks to Jen and Jason for helping me instal the beast, we did it! it looks great against Nigel’s home office, it really brings into a contemporary space.

Thanks to Helen and Nigel for commissioning it.
